Everyone says how good it is. I tried it once, and maybe it wasn't cooked right(over cooked?) but it tasted like rubber bands with spice.

Yeah, I will git one more try. That happened with grilled clams. Hated it the 1st time, but had it somewhere else and they were fantastic.
