What is it with Americans and the term snowflake?...I really started noticing it during the Trump presidential campaign and even more so since he won.

Its such a stupid fvcking thing to call people. If I base my observations on Facebook comments alone it seems to me like the people who use it are on the lower end of the IQ spectrum.

Disclaimer: I am not ignorant. I know that not all Americans use the term snowflake nor do they like it/respect it.

They can if you put them in floaties.

Are you implying that ducks (who float) are the same as penguins?

- jmatchett383

No but I am implying that both penguins and ducks are made of wood where as chickens are not.

During last game, these lines were common:
Kunitz-Sid-Sheary
Wilson-Malkin-Hornqvist
Rust-Bonino-Kessel
Guentzel-Cullen-Rowney

HCMS will probably make some changes. I don't like Kessel with Bones & try Guentzel back with Malkin:
Kunitz-Sid-Sheary
Guentzel-Malkin-Kessel
Rust-Bonino-Rowney
Wilsonl-Cullen-Horny

- so_buzz11

Rust and Malkin mix well IMO so I'd put him on the second line. I'd put Guentzal back with Crosby and move Kunitz to the bottom 6.

One of my favourite forward lines this year for the Pens was Wilson-Rowny-Kunitz

It's a thing anti-liberals like to say to mock militant liberals. The idea is that militant liberals believe everyone is a "special snowflake" and everyone deserves to be catered to by society.

It got real popular during the campaign because the alt right guys are by definition anti-liberal. I personally think the phrase is hilarious and love using it to ironically mock alt right types along with the phrase "cuck", but I also use it slightly less ironically fairly often to mock militant liberals as well who just piss the hell out of me.

What came first: Crosby whining all the time or the fans whining all the time? Seems there fans take after their captain in that regard.
- RonMexico333

Whining about what exactly? Just pointing out some the legal, moral and societal issues of what doing dumb things can and should encompass. Seriously though, I'm I supposed to feel the need for a Bactine bath from that serious burn of yours? Has this become everything Penguins whiny time because you and those like you have a depth of debating skills comparable to saying everything is fake news? I know...swoooosh, right over your head, right?

Now off with you Mr. RonMexico333 and whatever your reason for being here is. Go find a team or something to be a fan of...maybe practice learning your theirs and there's while your at it.

Sullivan made a comment that I saw on twitter about advantages of splitting Malkin & Kessel. do you think Malkin and Kessel should be on different lines 5v5?
I like Guentz with Sid, but I also like Geno & Phil on the same line.

That is a valid opinion in this day and age. Certainly. The two biggest political movements (Bernie Sanders progressivism and Donald Trump popular nationalism) have zero grasp on basic economic concepts and threaten to ruin the country. I've been an anti-establishment guy my whole life but at this point I'm rooting for the (frank)ing moderates. The idiots are truly taking over.

It's basically a moronic retort people use to denigrate someone who disagrees with them....usually used after the person calling someone a snowflake has been acting like an ass clown and been told to grow up.

Probably the most honest thing ever said on a hockeybuzz board. Just a bunch of people telling other people how to think and feel and those blind enough follow. No different from those people that whine that Crosby whine, no self awareness and no matter who many mirrors you hold up to them, they can't see their own reflection

Im not well versed on all the different types of liberals or democrats...to me you'd think one would either be liberal or democrat. Its confusing how many labels you guys have for a follower/supporter of each party.
