Definite shift in play the last 10. If CBJ keep sittin back they are in trouble... and hit Werenski! FFS the guy isn't 100%, Pens have given him a pass.

dont want to ever see a guy be hurt. especially a good young talent. dont want to win that way. hopefully its mainly a flesh wound and hes a hockey guy and hell be okay.

that being said, sure would be nice to control the gameplay while he's getting patched up.

I might be thinking too optimistically for him... but it looked a bit low on the one replay to be threatening to his eye... just a bad cut and that area bleeds a ton. If they can slow the flow and stitch it up, should be able to return in the 3rd.

Of course... rather him return next game >_>

haha this is my exact thought process. hopefully it missed his eye and its just a deep gash to a fleshy part of the face that has a lot of blood vessels close to the surface.

hope hes fine for the next game but i certainy wouldnt mind the stitch up process taking an hour or so haha

May not have converted, but that was a great PP. Glad they've finally figured out how to utilize Phil Kessel on that other half wall

Gotta score on the second half of this PP. Not sure we get another one. Weak call.

seriously. that first game snipe he had has given him some room for when he curls. they have to respect the shot and that makes passing easier.

malkin at the netmouth was a bit odd to me. shades of that one goal last series against san jose.
