Yes. Rasmus Dahlin

People on here have mentioned it already. Sign UFA's who need a home, to 1 year deals. Let them know they can be moved at TDL to a playoff team. Stock pile more 2018 picks. Load up.

I don't see any of this season UFA's that are willing to come to Nucks getting you more then a 7th rounder.

Nope you want more 2018 draft picks which is incredibly deep.

Lesser chances of getting a 1st in 2018 but heh never know

I see Edler and perhaps LE persuaded to waive and moved by then for draft picks.

Classic sequence. Goldy all over the ice creating chances so Boucher hits him in the face with the puck.

SOLD

That being said, T.O. got 2 2nds for Polak and Spaling.

I also heard that a team gave up a former early 2nd rd pick, (in a deep draft) Dahlen for an aging Burrows.

Not being deep, I could see JB moving a 2nd and 3rd for another 1st at draft day. or maybe the 2 2nds.
- storm88

2 2nds arent worth a 1st unless its 2 early 2nds for a late 1st

There is tons of guys

Andrei svechnikov who many people say is the next Malkin leads the USHL in scoring as a 16 year old.
Ryan Merkley who won the CHL rookie of the year as a D-man
Rasmus Dahlin
Joseph Veleno

Burr is a good player not like the plugs that would come here. If it was the case to get draft picks like that then: why couldn't we turn Chappy, Magma, Skilless and Pizza into picks...?

Yes. I meant a late first. 24-31. our 2nd and CBJ 2nd could get one of those. By no means do I think we would get a 1st any better than that.

Another reason why we could get a late 1st is that the class isn't as deep. JB would really need to want a player to move up 8 spots or so.

They won't be based on Bmac's picks that's for sure.

Yeah, I'd rather keep both picks unless someone with high upside falls.

Burrs age. thats all. U have to admit JB did well there. We all expected a 3rd or 4th for Burr.

I love Burr. Glad he's thriving in Ottawa.
