I've got to join in next season. The draft i'm in the guys just want a 19 player draft at the start and leave it. It is usually over by March 1st because someone got real lucky and has a 100 point lead.

In the past five years Columbus, Edmonton, Calgary, Florida, Arizona, Buffalo and Vancouver have all slipped down in the draft.

With the new rules last year we saw the most movement, Winnipeg moved up four spots from 6th to 2nd, Columbus moved up from 4th to 3rd, Vancouver dropped from 3rd to 5th, Calgary dropped from 5th to 6th and Edmonton dropped from 2nd to 4th.

No but they've only been in it once where they had a realistic chance to move up. Which was last year. In 2014 their odds were really poor at 6th (6.2%). Only one lottery back then, now there's three.
