I get that. My take for the new leadership group of new future core will be Bo, BB and Guddy. Doesnt hurt to have one kick ass type to speak up. But either way see all 3 as balanced credible leaders.

Once Hank is gone, you better believe Bo will be captain. He's our point leader, reped us well at the ASG. Unless he completely sucks next year (and with his type of game, there's no reason to believe that) I would think he's next in line. And Canucks nation will rejoice.

Our defence certainly is, I really disagree with the rest though... Our Forwards are gritty enough to compete with any team in the league (we won't talk about their goal scoring skill ). Even Miller isn't afraid to get rough with guys.

The Sedin's definitely aren't Tort's type of players (which is why I think Columbus traded Ryan Johansen)..... they need a coach like AV to thrive. In Hindsight, given Alain's record with NYR since then.... we probably should have kept him for the Sedin's tenure here. He seems to coach those tricky players well (Nash comes to mind).

I'm not eager. Someone spoke of who replaces Hank when he retires. Then most believe a kid should be rushed into to captaincy.
