Otherwise there are only four players left from the pre-JB era. Of which 2 will retire and 1 of the other 2 traded soon. So yeah looks like all goals are being met to turn the team around. Next couple seasons will have the new core emerge. Then well it's all guns and roses from there

Toronto has had a great season with a lot of positive stuff going on. I don't understand why people are losing their shiite cuz they miss the playoffs.

Agree with your take on things. Canucks'll get another high pick this season and next and then like Calgary has shown, they'll start making a dent in the standings.

Calgary followed the Burke plan which seems to really work. No tanking involved.

Rielly and Z were absolute garbage.
I know Rielly is our number 1# D but he is such a long way away from being actual number 1.

For the corsi freaks......those numbers were sh!t, except for our 4th line.
For christ sake it was reimer, we could have an easy 4 goals had the leafs put in an effort. Which normally would have been enough to win had our goalies been able to stop something.

Pathetic display by a team hunting for a playoff spot. I hope that this is the last game like that we see this year. No passion, no spirit, no killer instinct. Tough to watch as a fan.
