Good stuff. There's so much fusion food now as well where good chefs have realised that you can make great dishes by combining English food with almost any other cuisine from the world... plus they no longer kill the food three more times in the cooking process, which is nice...

I think the Leafs should make a big trade for Doughty in the offseason. LA isn't going to make the playoffs and if they are smart they'd start a rebuild. They would demand a huge asking price, but it would be worth it.. Id even let Nylander go for him, not to get all Maximus or anything but Doughty is still a top 5D in the league. He's won a couple cups and he would completely transform our blueline. I feel like Rielly badly needs that mentor to take him to the next level. We wouldn't blow so many late leads and it would make Gardiner expendable. We can't continue with this defense there's no standouts, but a couple have potential Rielly, Carrick, Zaits...
Remember how awesome Brian Leetch was, even tho he was old.. I want that.
