If Cowen hadn't hurt his knee...things might have been different at that draft. i.e. Arizona may have taken him. Or someone else might have.

I'm not sure I'd mention going to London Ontario!

And I'm fine with getting Ott, he's not as effective as he used to be we did need a solid faceoff guy and I really like the trend of getting rid of small useless players like Desharnais and Andrighetto for bigger ones.

I think Jordie Benn is my favorite acquisition though....

Hodgson I was high on as he was the first ever player I interviewed for the Brampton Guardian. I thought for sure even watching him he'd be a 70 point (remember this was just after the lockout), two way centre contending for Selkes like mike richards.

I'm pretty much going on a 12 day pub crawl from Edinburgh to London. Might hit up Dublin.
