Besides maybe Pietrangelo, none of these guys are cornerstone Dmen, yet would actually truly help this team. Of course, these guys would come at varying, expensive costs. But focusing on guys like this should and hopefully is Murray's priority.

He was starting to play well before the injury...they still see him as a cornerstone. Unless he improves dramatically...he's not even in the conversation with Risto. He's big and strong, doesn't have much offense to his game, and his shot does not line up with his physical attributes. But I'm sure he'll develop into a nice top 4 dman.

He works really well with Matt Dumba I think kulikov would be a downgrade for them

but we do love trading with the Minnesota Wild so it wouldn't surprise me if we made a deal with them
