Number 10 on this list. So true though, once you have fantastic (like some of the best in the country fantastic) others suck.

Let me know how it is! We went today for lunch and it's just so good.

It's actually a bit fusion place so their other big menu items are a shojonator which is their take on a baconator, fried chicken sandwich, chicken and waffles and their shadowless fries which were ranked the best fries in Boston. Also probably the best cocktail bar in Boston. Place is a serious gold mine.

Mamas brand is the best if you can find it . chicken flavor.
3 packs in it .
Oil, seasoning and pepper flakes to make it spicy

So this reminds me of a time I saw my perfect job... PhD in chemistry wanted for molecular gastronomy for America's test kitchen on PBS.

(Case in point - scratch veggie curry that has been simmering for 3 hours, and tandoori chicken marinaded for 36 hours before hitting the grill )

poop, I made almost as much as a grad student with tutoring... Other industry jobs typically pay $80-90k USD and up depending on role and location and experience.

Awesome crunched up in a baked chicken and cabbage casserole. Crumbled dry after it's baked and serve.
