Yeah. If we were to actually get Tavares we'd need to figure out who to move out of our forward group. Right now we've already got Matthews, Kadri, and Bozak. Nylander is apparently expected to be a center long term, so likely Bozak goes. If we got Tavares though, either Kadri or Nylander would need to be traded or moved to wing.

That's the main thing with JT. It allows you to trade some offense for some D without losing any scoring. Makes no sense otherwise since I think they are set down the middle already.

I think the Leafs sign Shattenkirk. Rumours are that the Leafs are in his 12 team trade list. So the Leafs are a team he would like to play on. And he also fits maracououlsy.
