Seems the best way to get better is to concentrate on replacing the crap, hunwick polak, smith. Replacing their good player (with equal at best, and likely below) isn't going to help.

teading Nylander for help now is stupid. youre trading a cheaper talent on an entry level deal who you have control over for another 4 or 5 years. giving thst up to rry and win now and taking on an older more expensive and less secure player is beyond dumb. its whst past Leaf regimes were made of.
