Yeah, I couldn't be happier with it as a second vehicle... great fuel mileage and super comfortable to drive... nice power and very capable in the snow... I took it a few places I wasn't sure I'd get through but I've always got the RAM on back up lol I got the Jeep beginning of December and just rolled over 2000km's... not even broke in yet

Someone was telling me that they only claimed him because he meets the expansion draft requirements. And that they don't really intend to play him that much. Is this true? Has anyone heard the same?

me neither, mine is just a response to Dreger and Friedman suggesting a 55-60 point rookie is equal to one of two decent young d-men still struggling to hold down a spot in the NHL.

Not sure that makes sense b/c they have enough D which meet the requirements. It was up at forward that they were 1 forward short. Smith needs like +/- 12 more games or something like that which he should get.

What's the logic for the Ducks wanting to trade either of these kids? Don't they have to trade one of their vets to avoid the expansion draft? If so they'll need the kids to replace them.

To all my Leaf haters out there, here is an update. We sit 2nd in the Atlantic behind the Habs. Matthews is 4th overall in goal-scoring in the entire NHL and that poor-man's McDavid/Marner kid is 1st overall in rookie points' scoring in said entire league and is also leading the Leafs in points.

Like the douche I am, I corrected him, pointing out that he was tied for fifth, with 5 other players at 25 goals. ie. Crosby 30, Carter 27, and Ovechkin and Atkinson have 26. That's four players ahead of him and his 25.

Steve countered that this math only applies in standings. He is in a tie for #4, period. That Sid, 30, is in 1st. Carter next with 27. Cam & Ovi #3 with 26. 4th with 25 goals entails Mark, Tarasenko, Patches, Grabner, and our boy Auston.

I countered again, that no, if four guys finish ahead of you in a race you are fifth
Steve countered again, Last time I checked, only 3 ahead. 30, 27, 26. I am winning the arithmetix and the intrawebz Shawn. This went on to the point that I wanted to murder him.

He added that TWO GUYS ARE TIED FOR 3RD!!!! It's simple math. Stee for the win. Auston 20:16 is #4 (tie).

It has to do with some sort of veteren rules or NHL contract rule. They are limited by how many of these types of guys they can dress per game.
