I'm surprised it was allowed with the way they call it ....but that's a goal that should count

We could add him to that special section of the cupboard currently occupied by Virtanen

We need speed & skill. Thats not Rasmussen.
Better off with 1/2 dozen other prospects to pick from.

I have seen one game so don't take my opinion. Hopefully Benning knows what he is doing

Saw parts of a few games & he looks fine in Jr.
I don't see him translating into an NHL C at a high level.
Vilardi & Mittlestadt i put ahead of him.
This draft other than Patrick & Hischier doesn't have the high end talent at C.
Plenty of solid D to choose out of but doesn't suit our biggest needs.

So the Sharks are pretty much healthy not missing anyone. Game ready with rusty Canucks and a solid Jones in net. Not a good recipe. Canucks just couldn't get close. Besides magic night for 500 for Marleau all with Sharks. Follows the 1000K point for Hank on this ice.

I have said all year I don't have any insight at all on any of the aside from Hirshier .

I couldn't tell you who to pick . Jim has my blessing to go solo this year he doesn't need my help

Well from the games i eves dropped on picks 3-10 r all the same to me.
There is not much to call special but talent is there.
If we could swing a big trade moving a D for a F it would better us more.
Then at the draft its BPA & if its D it fits in fine.

Canucks Army think it's crazy talk to take him in the top 10. They think he's a mid to late round pick. I think he still squeaks into the top 10 but no way at 4.

They actually played well for 40 minutes. Not surprisingly they came out flat in the first.

I saw that as well but its not an exciting draft year where ever we end up.
I just see D as good options in our range. Its why i believe JB is pumping GM's tires about our D depth. Its a ploy IMO

After such a long stretch of no games seems the apathy has fallen in place. What everyone looked at schedule and said okay goodnight.

With JB saying he's not moving players the TDL is no longer exciting. So we all wait for the end of season and lotto pick day? Is that what's it come down to now?

Let's stack up what he has said.

Not asking players to waive NTC
Not buying rentals
Not trading picks
Not selling either want to play meaningful games

"Riding out these players to develop. Play meaningful games and hope to make playoffs."

So what's left to do as far as make a trade?

Well, I think last week was the high water mark for the season.

We only have 2 or 3 Road wins left at best.
We only have 6 or 7 Home win left at best.

Good News.... we tried honestly. No tanking. Loved Linden's 1040 interview where he laid out the rest of the season. All sounds good. Oh, and we will beat 65 points.

I predict a 6th overall pick.

My only highlight left is that I hope to see Danny get 10ish points.

What happened to the white male doing sports highlights?

Now it's women or black, Chinese, Indian or mix race doing them.
