Take a little break, rest some injuries and come back focused for the final push. |

The only thing I'll say is that I wouldn't trade him for the sake of trading him. If his trade value is low it would be better to just keep him.
Hmm...Where have I heard that before.... |

Aging Curve entirely depends on the player. I think Jagr really changed his game to compete at his age with his generational talent. He became a work-out warrior. I a pretty big believer that training in the NHL isn't up to the standards of other leagues. If you take a generational talent and he takes superior care of his body he can play late into his career and be highly productive. I think currently Crosby is on that track to a greater extent than Malkin.
I want to say guys who transition to a strength game like Jagr can last longer. Thinking Thornton too whose always been strong, but I might be off on this. St. Louis aged very well too.

I just keep a pistol under my seat, or on my hip. No need to show cops that pull behind you you have a weapon in your vehicle. |

@Aussie: Stammer and Boyd are way closer to alts than Guile and I ever were. That bromance has really blossomed, as they own the exact same brand. |

Nothing new but I see RW is still using numbers without giving context to try to push his agenda. Yes on the surface MAF's .916 evsv% might appear to be a negative but when you add the context that his evsv% is right in line with Martin Jones & Corey Schneider and is slightly better than players like Henrik Lundqvist, Andrei Vasilevsky, Cam Ward and Steve Mason all the sudden the perception of him as an insurance policy drastically changes. To add further context Jaroslav Halak, who many thought would be a good claim to replace Fleury after a trade is sitting at a whooping .904. It's also near impossible to find a realistic option that may be available who even comes close to Fleury's. 916. |

Well I'm certain jboyd has been told many times to go (frank) himself if he carries on in real life as he does on here! Does that count as incestuous? |
