I still miss Jagr. He really brought the best out of Giroux. And he'd be a great locker room presence for our younger guys. - arichardson22
He helped so many when he was here. |

I may have ripped him for the past 2 years, but man, Joel Embiid seems like the real deal. |

Im at the point now when if my fantasy keeper team has extra players playing that evening, more often than not I sit Giroux.

How can anyone be mad after watching Philadelphia's true #1 team take care of New York like others can't? |

Not only does he seem like the real deal, he's just totally on board with our team and "process." He loves Philly and loves the role he's currently in. He's finally making 76ers basketball enjoyable again. NBA needs more personalities like him. He's been such a joy to watch that I've forgotten about Simmons at times. And if you attend a game, its incredible how he towers over some players and how big of a monster he is. |

He really did. What sucks is he loved Philly and wanted to comeback but we had our eyes on Parise/Suter instead. I wouldn't be opposed to giving him another look if he hits FA, even if he's not as productive as he was in 11-12. |

How fun are the Sixers. Next time you watch a game try to watch the bench. They are gonna be the next Philadelphia championship team.
Last nights game was awesome. Its great to have fun basketball again. |

You see him next to Dwight Howard?
Howard looked like a 3. I was dying. Having worked with those guy (a lot of them anyway) its cool to see it all finally coming together. |

Just wait until Simmons comes back. Gotta keep this Embiid-Noel combo going long-term. Since scaling back Okafor's minutes, this team is tops in defense in the league. |

Haha yeah it's great, I was at the Cavs game one Sunday and he made Tristan Thompson look like a small forward between his height and frame. It will be interesting to see what we do between Nerlens and Okafor but it's great to finally see things come together. Simmons when he's healthy will be a great addition and even the draft picks for the upcoming draft will still be a plus. |

I think he's happier in South Beach. But if the opportunity was there I'd consider bringing him back. |

Why wouldn't they?
I can see why Noel would want to leave, but I would advocate the team paying him. |

Did Lebron win his first title in Cleveland?
Did Durant jump ship?

He only wants to leave because he doesnt like the 3 man rotation. Neither do I. Move JO for a 1/2 and let them play. No reason Nerlens and Embiid cant play 30+ a night.
Crazy to think they are gonna get a couple high draft picks again this year.. |

Lebron was in Cleveland for 8 years and the teams' second best player was Mo Williams. Sixers already have guys like Noel and Simmons plus a ton of assets to get other players.
Durant gave the Thunder 9 years and they (frank)ed up by trading Harden to avoid the tax. That ended up screwing themselves. If the current CBA was in place before he left, he would still be on the Thunder.
The most important factor is probably the new CBA. Teams can pay their own all stars significantly more money than opposing teams. The Durant situation was really a perfect storm. The chances of something like that happening again are pretty slim. There would need to be a huge cap jump again. |

I would trade Okafor for nothing if it met we kept Noel long-term. What a (frank)ing weapon it would be to have an elite defensive center on the floor for 48 minutes.
Noel is a freak defensively. No one in the league can do what he does. |

Wasn't Okafor supposed to be a superstar? I remember hearing in his draft year that he was almost first overall. |
