EDM was reported to be looking for a puck moving dman who can play the point and a solid back up goalie who has been a starter... what could Streit (retained salary if needed) + Neuvy get us from EDM? - arichardson22
Tough with Streit coming off injury. Don't think it is as much as you think. They don't have a 2nd rounder this year and don't think a 1st rounder is coming back the Flyers way.

value wise i don't think you're off at all. i just have reservations. it's not as if his contract is bad, but its not cheap. maatta has been down lately, but he does fill a need.
P.S., how the (frank) are ya stranger its been a while - stayinthefnnet
Been pretty good. Saw you on the other day but missed you. Was up at 2 AM last night as the little lady decided to empty out her stomach on 3 separate occasions las night; one of the more unheralded joys of parenthood.
How've you been? |

To paraphrase something Tomahawk said about Schenn a while back that stuck with me, 'He'll be a player that will get to 600 points, but you'll never realize it.'
I just think that is what he is at this point. Some seasons you'll be able to notice him better than others, and it's annoying because we all know when he's on his game he is a real impact player. I really would like to see him with Couts this year at some point. - VladDrag
What's the deal with always harping on Schenn. I don't know if you all are watching much but he tends to score some pretty timely goals and is one of the more talented forwards on this team. That Simmer Schenn Weise line didn't look bad, they were a few bounces away from having a couple goals) |

I heard a stat yesterday, something along the lines that his last 8goals have either tied or won the hockey game. Ghost had a similar stat last year that people were celebrating in the streets over. |

Yeah. We put her down at 8, heard her crying around 10. I went to check on her and she said she "spilled." I figured she meant her sippy, turned on the light...Ten minutes later, she had new PJs, new sheets, and her pillow/stuffed puppy took a ride in the washing machine. And that was just round one. |

That is the worst sound in the world. They should make an alarm clock with that sound. I instantly can wake from a dead sleep when I hear either of my daughters make the throwing up sound. |

Crazy thing is, she's 3, and aside from spit-ups as a baby, she has never ever vomited before. But last night, I thinks she made up for all of the time. She had some apple juice and pizza and it looked like a (frank)ing crime scene when I went in there.
Hope you're all enjoying your food. |

My daughter turned two a month ago and she has only had one throw up episode. Unfortunately it started in my SUV. That was a miserable ride...
Now she has to get tubes because she has had 11 ear infections. The primary wants us to be patient. Yeah, with a screaming kid at 3:30 am.. yeah, Ill be patient.
Turns out the amoxicillin gives her severe diarrhea. Thats no fun to clean either. It was between her shoulder blades the other day. Tell me how the (frank) that happens. |

If you're ever lead counsel and someone open with that, you can always object to it, ask to approach the bench, and tell the judge that, "Opposition counsel sounds like a (frank)ing tool when he says that poop." |

i get it that its a pretentious industry, but just shut up. youre saying it to a room full of people that in all honesty do not want to be there. it does not please anyone or anything but yourself since the sound of your own voice gets you off. |

Wow, between the shoulder blades...it's amazing how it gets to the places it does.
Yeah, I was an ear infection baby too. I was ready to blow my brains out when it was 6 months of a screaming baby, I can't imagine doing it still. That's rough man. |

Pretty much. I get that respect should be given to the judge and jury, but I feel that court room protocol, as far as lawyer speak goes, is out of date. Yeah, you don't want a guy in jorts going, "Yo judge, check this out right..." but at the same time, it's outdated. |
