Do you guys see Subban getting games this year? Or are they hiding his defensive deficiencies and will likely be packaging him in a trade? I see the him getting the Shinkaruk treatment.

at 4pm PT hockeybuzz does not get opened. The morning and mid-day stuff is fine, its the evening and night time stuff that is unbearable.

I'm heading to Vancouver today with Mrs. Lefty, my youngest got a place in Kits so we're going over to help her get set up, I'm sure we'll be going to Ikea and I'll be paying lol.

So I bought tickets to tonight's game, a family night out at a Canucks game...catch you all later, enjoy the game.

Its going to take years to replenish the system. Ya it's bad. Markstrom took them to the final a couple years ago. They added Conacher cause they had nothing else there! JB looks like he's done pretty good at drafting. But he traded as many picks as he's made! We all know the reasons why I guess. He said he's done trading picks. So hopefully he loads up in the coming years.

Doesn't help when his draft picks go str8 to the NHL either.

The likes of Stecher and Hutton making jumps to the NHL in their first years. Picking up undrafted players from the CHL hasn't provided anyone good since Tyler Johnson. NCAA players though seem to be better.
JB should get himself a few more picks for 2018. This draft really does suck for talent. Nico Hischier or Nolan Patrick or bust.
