That's impossible ! Willie is a window licking, helmet wearing , crayon munching imbecile that managed to luck his way into a head coaching job in the greatest hockey league on the planet. The man has zero abilities with regards to coaching, and a complete inability to identify or adjust to an oppositions system play. He's tried on several occasions to go back 2 seasons and attempt to decipher the absolute coaching genius himself dragons inner thoughts and strategies to become the type of coach that could turn his team around mid season and win a Stanley Cup ! But alas he just can't grasp it....and that's okay, not everyone can see it
