Kopitar is a great player, yes he's overpaid but so are a ton of other guys in the league, he's only 29 and finished 13th in scoring last year. Just an off year.

Toews makes 10.5 million, also overpaid, they got 58 points for that 10.5 million last year but he's also a great 200 foot center.
