It happens. Marriage is a lot of work. Kids add a new dynamic. Lots of my friends are getting divorced, I'm no where near that, joke a lot about it but would have to be pretty bad to split up.

Plus minus says that you either score more or less than your opponent when you're on the ice. The purpose of hockey is to score more goals than your opponent, so I'd say it says a lot.

Using it as a reason a player isn't playing well can be misleading ...every game you see guys get minus' when they did nothing wrong ...poor goaltending or linemates can play a large factor
