Regardless of the win, you still saw an isles team up 2 goals, which was narrowed to 1 late in the third. The Caps had a PP with 3 min to go, and pulled their goalie. That game could have EASILY been tied. The isles got out by the skin of their teeth. OV was in his office, stick in the air waiting for that cross ice pass....

For what its worth, both Ladd and Chimmer looked good last night.

Random comment : when Strome was interviewed between periods, he literally looked like he was 16 years old. His facial hair is like a teenager......i couldnt believe how young he actually looked.

They asked during the game which 4 isles wore #72. I could only come up with Beauvillier (obviously), Sven Butenschon, and Hextall. Anyone know who the 4th player was?
