Drafting well keeps you competitive, which Tampa has been for several years now, something I hope Benning is starting to do this year.
To date he's has Virtanen, Forsling and Boeser out of his draft classes play in the tourney. - LeftCoaster
too bad BB got injured would have been a factor at this WJC. |

What year did he play, didn't see his name anywhere. - LeftCoaster
1999. Two birds one stone.
The Russians were dominant throughout the game, outshooting the Canadians 40-18, but Roberto Luongo kept his country in it with standout goaltending, and Bryan Allen scored with just six minutes to go to force overtime, exciting the 13,225 in attendance at Winnipeg Arena, along with the 1.8 millions viewers – the largest TSN audience ever, at the time – at home.
But the celebration was short-lived, as Russia’s Artem Chubarov scored the overtime winner at 5:13 of the extra period, giving the Russians their first goal medal in seven years, and sending Canada home without a gold medal for the second consecutive year, the first time since 1986-1987 that Canada had gone back-to-back IIHF World Junior Championships without taking home the top prize. |

Edler practising w Stecher on top D, Hutton to 3rd pair w Tryamkin. Sbisa-Tanev on 2nd. OK, back to turkey sandwiches. #Canucks - LeftCoaster
one of my faves is making an omelette and put some of the dressing/stuffing inside.
Hope everyone had a good break with family and friends. |

I believe MacKenzie is an overage player, they seem to do well but rarely turn out, who knows, but I seriously doubt it.
I watched Tate Olsen live a few times, not impressed enough to think he'll ever become anything, but I'm no expert. - LeftCoaster
Yeah funny with players how they can peek early or be late bloomers. For every Burrows there is a Coho story. I believe it's a combination of talent and confidence that makes the difference. The second part is tricky cause it's part drive part results and part psyche. |

Lockwood and Gaudette will probably make the Canucks at some point. Both were tracking great |

That is how I think it will end up this year. All of our wishing won't get Edler traded |

Skating let down CoHo & never found his niche.
Burrows will power & determination is his calling card. |

Hisschier looks great. I'd be happy with him on the Canucks. |

That's why I've decided to take matters into my own hands. |
