Oh you're that guy my buddy dresses up as a senator and has a drum and when the sens played Wilkes-Barre in the playoffshe was referred to as the pompous idiot with the drum

So half way through the second period my dad and a few of the other season ticket holders around us accused me of being too quiet. There happened to be a fraternity in the upper section, so I enlisted their help. Once the third period started, Comrie was the target. All barrels were emptied on him. I got the drunk frat boys going, and that was all she wrote. Funny thing was, when I left and was walking to my truck, they all came up and we're high fiving and telling me how awesome that was. My 3 year old niece even told me "you're funny uncle Guy." Great night for the Roadrunners. Won 5-2.

When the visiting team would come to town for baseball some buddies would look up the outfielders online and find personal stuff out and berate them the whole game, even got one guy moved to center he was so mad. Go rumble ponies

I wouldn't get personal like that. You suck is just a general thing. I couldn't imagine myself yelling something like "hey goalie, your dad's a drink and used to beat your mom. By the way, how's your brother and his aids." That's not me. I'll just stick to general heckling.

I know you you guys peruse the Isles site but if you haven't seen my post there, here's what happened. The Roadrunners captain, Craig Cunningham, collapsed right before the opening face-off. Cpr was being performed in the ambulance as he was being transported. My prayers go out to him and his family. Pretty much puts it all into perspective when something like this happens. At the end of the day, it's still just a game.

You don't need an excuse for abstaining from commenting on the "secret" message board of a failure of a hockey organization.

Someone posted a b.d. gallof tweet about voting be rune into the Allstar game which would be awesome to see. Islanders 3rd string goalie makes all star game with zero starts it would really show what a joke this organization is and maybe get the owners to can the idiots and the helm

Yet I felt the need to offer one anyway. Sucks being a Canadian.

Does the Canadian government monitor all online message board posts to ensure that you meet the requisite number of apologies-per-week to qualify for your universal healthcare benefits?

Meh, this team doesn't need anymore bad press. They're generating plenty on their own without the fans turning this into a total sideshow.

Plus, this year they put rules in place that eliminated the chance of any goofy shit, like John Scott getting voted in, from ever happening again. I think the league picks a list of "eligible players" and the fans can choose from the list.

As a matter of fact they do, but they are very apologetic about it.

Yeah you could still get him in. I'm still hoping for the 1 pick I mean to make playoffs they would have to be outstanding the rest of the year

Oh man. ANA/LAK back-to-back tomo/Wed and then SJS on Friday?

I'm the one that usually just breaks the glass. I'm seeing 3-1 tomorrow, 5-2 Wed. and 4-1 Fri. All losses of course. Also that "they played hahd, but we couldn't get any puck luck."
