I've always thought Bishop's lightning bolt mask was cool. That qualifies.

I think Mason's zombie theme is cool and it is pretty unique. Emerys boxer mask is sweet.

Bishops is very recognizable. I think quicks is as well. Arturs irbe had some pretty unique equipment haha.

Can't forget about this one. Even though it was an obvious move.

For what it's worth. I feel like Hiller's gear has lately been some of the most recognizable, mostly due to how plain and simple it is.

Last great goalie mask that you could recognize at a distance.

Yeah, really prefer crisp graphics to the airbrush look:

As far as instant recognizability goes. For me it's Bishop or Hiller. A bit older it has to go to Osgood for obvious reasons. Runners up would be Belfour's Eagles and Patrick Lalime's Marvin the Martian

Alright, let's roll out a new topic since everything seems to have stalled.

Last great goalie mask that you could recognize at a distance. (none of the finely painted ones that dominate today.)

I'll just throw one up to get it started, not because it's my vote.

Don't have a pic, but Gerry Cheevers old school white mask with the stitches drawn on was eerie as (frank) in the 70s

Was it posted that Laughton and Lyubimov were sent down today?

Strange move considering that Nick Cousins hasn't played and outside of Vandevelde's two goals, the guy offers next to nothing. We now have no extra forwards on the roster.

It would be even more impressive if they just skipped the getting dressed part. If Harambe cast aside all material things and didn't need clothes, then neither should they.

It's really not that crazy to vote for Harambe. All he ever did was care about the children of America. He died to ensure their future.
