NPR reports: There are some signs that Clinton failed to win the level of support among minority voters that Obama did. If you look at Pennsylvania, for example, 13 percent of voters in 2012 were black. According to exit polls, that number fell to 10 percent this year. She also failed to win some urban counties by the same margins as Obama. This was key in Milwaukee County, where Democrats appeared to capture about 100,000 fewer votes than Obama.

In Philly, less of a turnout:

Obama 2012: 588,000 votes

Clinton 2016: 560,000 (-28,000)

2016 statewide margin: 75,000
