As you said before until the personnel drastically changes not much point in changing coaches.

If JB has a big plan to bring in another power LW and a top end Dman sure...try them with a new coach/structure but it's apparent the personnel aint changing much anythime soon.

The concern would be would we need a new coach in place for when Boeser gets here.

I'd enjoy the rebuild a bit more if the rebuild included more kids in the lineup. Bo's playing well, as is Stecher, and I guess Hutton to a lesser degree. Hopefully Virtanen and the coaching staff can meet somewhere in the middle to find him some consistency in his game, because he's a talented kid.
