I wonder if Edmonton would trade Pulljarivi for Tanev or Edler type deal?

We desperately need scoring. Last nights game was tough to watch as we could not handle the forechecking pressure in our zone.

We can afford to trade Tanev or Edler now that Stecher looks like the real deal.

Their drought has left the team in a just one goal short slump....
But all the talk from WD about defense first .... getting scored on first throws that out the window in a catch up game....

It's sad either the team isn't good enough to score first or they are playing to defensive to pressure ome in or the snake bit or offensively dry players counted on to produce are stifelig this team....or wait what's the point .... this team will just lose like all the experts predicted.... dam schedule doesn't help either ... but hey high draft picks are nice ....

I really don't get the Edler hate. He is our best player right now. I can't knock him at all this season. He has been playing with an edge, blocking shots like mad and creating chances. We cannot afford to lose Edler.

From last nights game, Bo needs to realize he isn't the only player on the team. Plenty of rushes he could have passed the puck but instead tried to make a move around a defender and failed. There's a time and place. Bo still young will need to learn to use his teammates more. Probably why his line mates have gotten off to such a slow start.

No way they are giving up on that young rookie draft pick so soon look how many years it took to trade Yakopov...

Everyone wants scoring and won't give it up unless they get outstanding missing D... but supposedly our guys don't rate high enough as I'm stud D category.... complimentary D get you a low first rounder at best ....

I agree, Edler is playing well but he is expendable now that we have Edler Jr in Stecher. We should be looking at trading one of our blue liners for some offence, doesn't necessarily have to be Edler.

lol remember this is the same coaching and mngt that put Horvat with Burrows and Dorsett…nothing would shock me now.

But I will also reserve more judgement until after the road trip.

Players need to get away from the media and bond a bit on the road.

A good showing in MTL will be a good start.

Because he is not involving anyone else. Only reason he scored yesterday. Baert passed it to jake who shot, rebound and shot from baert and horvat gets the scraps. Sounds like his line mates did all the work and he got rewarded.
