Michael David is my favourite wine right now. It's a petite Syrah. Try it, you'll love it.

.

First of all

I was polite and said I dont read all new peoples posts. Not pointing to any particular person

I said I dont like Burrows, your response is "Yeah your opinion is well known .As unrealistic as it is."

Yes I definitely started this.

Dude I have let you have your say. I said politely I don't read your posts and I don't care to engage. Not the first time you heard those words. Lefty told you the same thing two weeks ago, .

I don't think it was impolite of me or bullying to say I dont feel like engaging with you.

- VANTEL

That's not exactly how it went down... I could write a breakdown retort but what's the point it's not about Hockey if you are making it personal and being dismissive.

I have no problems with you ... I thought what you said about Burr was unfair and moving his contract is unrealistic. You don't want him on the team fine. That's your perogtive as a fan to voice.

As far as Lefty which you have brought up twice now you don't need to label me. It's not reflective of the present. We have been posting and engaging just fine as I don't have any problems with him either. He's an astute poster and appreciate the view points like yours too.

So we done making this personal...?

I love that bottle. Easy to find and it never disappoints. They have a Syrah, 6th Sense or something like that, that's even better.

Thanks for posting a nice responce on what I mentioned.

Yeah... he's a kid ... he's got a lot to learn but a good player to watch when he's on.

Your posts tell me how you appreciate how hard it is to figure out what's best for the team to make him click ....

Is it getting more time with Bo & Baer... which is like a call to the future for him to get behind or go to the A and work on whatever is missing from his game .... which has worked for other young guys before.

Funny how he's been all over the media (CBC too) this week after many postings earlier here before. Maybe he stays up and figures it out. Fans would enjoy the ride to see him play well.

Well, that was worse than last night. If we have a horrible road trip, I see WD getting fired. The natives are already restless and the "I-Told-You-So's" from the Eastern media is starting. The fact that the arena had a lot of empty seats on a Saturday HNIC game against a marquee team has got to have FA's blood pressure spiking.

I think it's important everyone sticks together. They can use the fact that around 30 Toronto-loving, East Coast biased publications/experts inexplicably felt Vancouver are the worst team in the NHL.

90% of this board were up in arms and mocked such an opinion. It's important that the players and management take the same stance. Just like most of the posters here, the team needs to be oblivious to the lack of skill, speed and youthfulness that plagues the organization and turn it into an us against the world mentality.

One worrying trend that's occurring is the .333% winning record against the inferior Eastern Conference. I wonder if the Nucks are easing up against lesser opposition?

One other thing that's glaringly obvious is the Nucks need to get tougher. More punching people, clearing the net, big hits, that kind of thing. Maybe look to trade LE away for toughness? Gudas and a 3rd?

I do see a very, very bright future in Vancouver though.

Sooo when the team was winning their first 4 I saw you give credit to the assistants, but now that their losing it's the coach...is this not a double standard?

It's not only the coach, it's the players.

- Makita

I credited the new assistants when we saw something new we havent seen the last 2 years. When we see other stuff the same as last 2 years that is crap its obviously the same old garbage.

Thats why

There is enough toughness waiting in this organization.

Some wingers that are better on the boards would help this team be able to exit the zone. They couldn't even chip it out yesterday.

I still think WD has got to go. Just a new face behind the bench.

Dude you could substitute Toronto for the description of the team. The Leafs are softer than the Canucks, by a long way.

Leafs have a legit number 1 center and superior skill and speed. They need defence/ goaltending and some size.

Sooooo soft though.

We have one meathead who will drop the gloves who is otherwise invisible. That does not make for a tough team to play against.

Would have cost nothing, DM is a nasty dude, who played for a tough coach. WD's loyalty will be his undoing if he doesn't turn things around. Aside from Tryamkin who would you suggest fills that role?

For sure. That's what I've been saying for a while. There's not too much difference between the two teams. One's just a bit younger, faster and more skilled. Both have years and years of futility ahead of them

I have some good friends who are hardcore Rangers fans and as I said before they were waving him out the door. They could have cared less about him going on waivers.

Pedan can certainly provide more toughness. Sounds as if he skates a heck of a lot better then DM too.
Wingers not so much other then maybe Joseph Labate, Yan pavel Laplante.

Could put Gaunce back on the wing and Granlund back to center.

I haven't seen Michael Chaput play but he's putting up points in the AHL.
