I dont necessarily disagree, but Id keep Fasching around. Does a lot of the little things well, points will come eventually as he learns the game.

I just think he needs more confidence and seasoning in Rochester.

The Panthers look awful out there. Like they forgot how to pay hockey. Skating in quick sand out there.

Fasching may very well benefit from time in Rochester, but he has earned sticking around a bit more. It is the little things, like what's been mentioned. His willingness to go to the ugly areas and battle, then turn around and run it to the net practically fearless. It's nice to see this from a prospect.

I would like to dump Grant though, then use his spot as a permanent rotation for guys like Bailey, Bap, Nylander, Rod, and carrier to come up and get their feet wet at this level.

Gotta get Reinhart and RynO on the same line. They get chances when they're on ice at shift crossover

Well, if everyone loves Fasching's little things then fine keep him up but I'm calling up Schnider and whoever else is hot right now. Bailey or Baptiste etc. And I'm putting Desluaries in the press box. He brings nothing to the team right now besides a little grit..

I Agree. I don't see much in D-lo, nothing against him, he just doesn't have much at the NHL level, Grant is in the same boat. Sit them and bring up the Rochester guys who are coming close to making the jump, it will only help push their development.

Franson has a good shot. Maybe he'll eventually get it going again. I don't have a problem with him out there. That's basically all he's on the team for..

Gionta should be nowhere near the powerplay..

not many teams could lose two of top six, one of whom being their best offensive threat and their starting goalie a win games... think of the oil without mcpointmachine and lucic and talbot, they would never win ever!!

thought the thread could use some sunshine

That's the second (frank)ing broken stick by Risto. Unacceptable . Bad on equipment manager or on Risto for having terrible sticks

Not to reopen a can of worms, but Eichel, Kane, and Lehner are still out of the line up and the team playing the Panthers today (and Florida is not a terrible team) looks totally different than the team that just played Minnesota. Point being, these guys have enough talent in the lineup to be competitive even without some key pieces not being there.

It's said the team that gets the best player in a trade wins the trade. Right now Joel Armia is best player in #nhljets #sabres swap

I got laughed at for saying this......

- sbroads24

Ok Ripped...

Kane looked really good before he got pushed into the boards. Not even remotely his fault. Anyone else would've been hurt on that play.

Is Dylan Strome better than Eichel? He's got more points this year. You say some provocative things at times, but you don't troll, and this is nothing but a troll. He didn't fit in and didn't try from what I read. And he got super depressed when he got dealt to Winnipeg and had an awful start with the Moose. I'm glad to see he seems to have found his way, but he is not the best player in that deal. More like the 4th or 5th behind Kane, Myers, Stafford and maybe/probably Lemieux whom the jury's still out on because he's only played 10 AHL games, but he's got 5 points.

I asked myself the same thing but upon replay whoever hit it towards the net it bounced of the boards and then to Okposo's stick. Maybe it hit a Panthers stick along the way causing the last Sabre player to touch it to become moot. Or if it hits against the boards then you lose the assist? Not sure.

Wow, my stream is way behind.

Yeah, I don't know.

Oh, Luongo got a piece of it. That's why.

Luongo got a piece of it with his glove, so he gets credit for a save. And a save means possession. Then Okposo tapped it in for an unassisted goal.

Even still, Ive seen the scorers give assists on that because the original shot is what basically started it.
