Nope. Not ' odcourse' .There is a difference between slashing for the sake of slashing and reaching for the puck and whacking the stick. Its referees discretion but if LD scooped the puck away than it isnt considered a slash.

Canucks with some actual offensive talent might of had a chance there. I'd be happy if the Nucks traded for RNH!

its a dumb rule at times. if u break the stick its a penalty. no grey area. but thats the rule. the difference is your oiler goggles.

This was a 1-0 game .... did the high scoring Oilers blow them away...no.... both teams had chances .... it's just how it went....

Sure but Sens played a very tight checking game. Oilers go for offense so we had more counter plays

He's a defensive specialist now. A good one but not a top line scorer.

A loss is a loss.... Nucks had their chances ... didn't score but it was a close game they could have pulled it off so that's a good sign.

Bad sign with trying to get a goal in last 5 minutes JV sits for Skille... yeah JV isn't barn burning it out there but he seemed closer to getting there with Bo and snake bitten Sven
