He doesn't suck. He's pretty good. He is just an All-time jackass and vastly over rated.

I will say this again, If any one of you thought when we traded for him, he would get 35 points, playing some of the most minutes in the league, and shuffled on and off of Eichel's line, with 2 injuries, a team imposed suspension, and 2 incidents involving the BPD, you would have said it's not worth it.....or you are a liar.

Who said I knew I was calling someone in New York? Lol but ya...the test the courts apply is super complex and each factor has like 4 or 5 lower court cases that define the factor.....add to that the fact that the NY Court of Appeals hasn't really ruled on the test and I'm looking forward to writing on this
- feetontheair22

I hope your CivPro professor wasted less of your time on Pennoyer than mine did.

Ya....I"m actually kind of praying that the NY Court of Appeals doesn't comment on/lay down a standard for the federal district courts to follow before I can write. But according to Westlaw EDNY is still using this test as of the beginning of this month
- feetontheair22

That's basically what happened midway through my CivPro class when Hertz v. Friend came out and actually defined the Principal Place of Business Test after we had already learned 3 or 4 different tests. I guess the upshot was I only had to remember one PPB test for the final.

I was there about 2 years ago with a friend and I asked for "light hot" sauce and she said to me, "you know that hot is just extra medium sauce, right?". I had no idea. So those wieners have just been humoring me for years. lol

I think i just figured it out like an idiot. Where at some point, I was like, "this is more hot sauce than food!"
Regardless, When I visit Buffalo for a week, I usually visit Mighty for about 5 meals out of that week…
Lets get one last food thread going before training camp!!!!!

Yep, same, my friend said it, and I looked at the kid behind the register and he just nodded.

I do the same thing at Colosso, I ask for my steak tacos with just a little bit of hot sauce, because they drown their tacos in that poop, and then I add Franks on top too for a bit of kick, because Mighty and Colosso don't really have "hot" sauces. Taco Bell is a joke, even their fire sauce is just a bit hotter than normal Franks, although I've never had that extra-hot Franks. Anybody know if it's any good? We used to just add cayenne and vinegar to Franks for extra hot wings at the pizza shop.

I just had some tuna salad for lunch today and for a small pouch of tuna I added about a combined 1:1 teaspoon cajun seasoning and cayenne and about a tablespoon of Hellmann's light mayo, just enough so it's not super dry. It was delicious.

I can't really bench Dez Bryant for Jordan Matthews, can I? Matthews had 14 targets. Bryant had 5. I gotta think they try and get the ball to Dez this week, and the Steelers shredded the Redskins(Dallas' opponent).

Edit: Matthews had 17.4 points to Dez's .8.

no

my big money league, I am still playing him over watkins, sneed and d jackson as my wr 2 (a brown wr1)

my big question is the flex since it's probably cj anderson and s ware as the 2 rbs

d murray, lacey, sneed, d jackson or stewart

I am leaning toward stewart or sneed, assuming charles does not play for chiefs and ware is my rb 2

I think redskins win the game though

cousins had 70% completion in week 1, just like last year and more yards than his average last week

and I got d jackson on my bench

My Bench is Brady, Ryan Matthews, Abdullah, Blount, Jordan Matthews and Sterling Shepard.

Starters are Bortles, Dez, Jarvis Landry, Larry Fitzgerald, Gurley, McCoy, Jordan Reed, Mason Crosby and Buffalo D. People were grabbing 2 D all over the place, 7 teams have 2 D. I was so pissed off, but no way in hell was I going to break the last 2 picks are K and D rule.

Edit: I really like Snead. Against the Giants right?

If it's PPR, I'd definitely start Matthews
Dallas wants to run the ball, & Prescott is clearly more comfortable going short to Witten (14 targets) & Beasley (12 targets)
Dez only had 5 targets

I'd actually try to trade Dez if I were you ASAP

In a PPR league,
Dez will not finish as a top20 WR

Not PPR, standard scoring, I was really worried about it, with Prescott, I had to take him though, but Romo's not out for the year, yet.

The problem is I have nothing to upgrade other than WR, and in fantasy in my experience you trade need for need, so you're not going to trade Dez Bryant for a #1 WR. I don't need a RB at all unless 3 guys get hurt. Brady will be my QB, but I have Bortles as the backup, Gronk would be the only conceivable deal, and I'd have to add Jordan Reed, the #2 TE preseason rank.

That makes me feel a little better about him...
But I'd still look to trade him if u can get one of the WRs that were being drafted near him

Cobb is a guy who didn't have a great 1st week u might be able to get
U might have to go lower though...
Moncrief is a guy i like a lot, bc Indi is gonna throw all day

Even in non-PPR I wouldn't want anything to do with him
U might have to hang onto him until Romo gets back...
But even than I'd look to trade him if u can get good value back
Romo is a china doll, & Dez gets pretty banged up too

Huh?
I thought he looked fine, good even at times
Nothing he could do on the 1st 2 goals
And the 3rd was a breakaway

Sneed in PPR. I now have him in all 4 leagues. Hopefully you learned your Lacy lesson. CJ Anderson is still going to continue to get major work considering their qb isn't actually qualified to play in the NFL. Same goes for Ware to a lesser extent. I don't think you can go wrong with each. I think Sneed has proven between this and last season that he's Brees' favorite target. If your money league is PPR, he must be seriously worth considering over Ware and Anderson, especially with owners' trust issues for Anderson and last year's faceplant.

Franks extra hot is a must have staple in the fridge. And there are 2 hot sauces at mighty. Medium and hot . Even though they should be labeled mild and medium.
