Honestly, any combo of the top 9, that features Bergy and Marchy together and Belesky on the third line, is good (or maybe even second).

Backes can basically be anywhere (1st RW, 2nd RW, 3rd C or RW), Vatrano can play either wing on 2nd or third. (and probably 1st RW). Spooner can play wing on any line or 3C. We have some of the most versatile forwards in the league.

Actually changing my mind while typing but I refuse to backspace... Put Backes on the top line with Bergeron and Marchand. That would be the top shut down line in the league, like a 3rd line scoring line lol. Then drop Pasta with Krejci and have Belesky there for some grit. Finally have a third line of pure skill with Vesey, Spooner and Vatrano. That kid line would fly and just constantly shoot.

All the line speculation looks good. But I thought Vesey played his off wing? I know he prefers LW but I was under the impression he's pretty versatile. I've had him pegged for the Bergy line this whole time. For me , the lineup would be

Belesky Krejci Pasta
Vatrano Backes Spooner
Hayes Acciari Nash

Either way, you'd have a hard time convincing me that that top 9 can't compete with any in the league
