As every team that Vesey is considering, for the 1st yr they all have 1 thing in common. They can all offer him the 1 year max ELC. It's year 2 and beyond. Who will have the cap space to pay him in years 2 through 5?

thats going to change in the new CBA, it has to. New ELCs and secondary contracts. Players make peanuts for 3 years then ask for the moon coming off ELCs.
