Sasquatch is a very gamey meat. Not a lot of marbling.

If you want to have a nice Sasquatch steak, I recommend making up a nice marinade:

- two cloves garlic
- 350 mL of virgin olive oil
- 3-4 dashes of soy sauce
- 800 mL of unicorn blood
- a handful of peppercorns
- fresh basil

Let your Sasquatch steak soak in this for 24 hours in your fridge, then sear the edges and slow-cook over low heat on your bbq.

Delicious.
