The Leafs rebuild started with Nylander 2 years ago.. Rielly, Kadri, and JVR were already here.

The oilers (frank)ed things up and it's nothing like how the leafs did it.

When you guys draft Nolan Patrick next year then you'll have a reason for optimism.. But it'll be 4-5 years after that until your team is any good.

I do think the Bruins are better. Panthers might do better during the regular season but they wouldn't beat us in the playoffs. Rowe has built a defense that will succeed in the regular season.
