Well there's always bad craft brews in my opinion.... ie. any time someone serves up a nut brown I run. But in general, I find most offerings pique my fancy at least a little bit.

Dealing with houses is difficult. But imagine dealing with PEOPLE, which is tough in any instance, and then factor in that you're managing a person's home. I know that's so obvious, but once you draw that connection and understand it you realize how unfun it can be

Short-term, they're treading water, another bubble team. It's just that the bubble is larger than it used to be, so they could draft a lottery pick or make it to the ECFs in the same season.

Price is the catalyst though. He has to be the best of the best for that to happen.
