That was his potential salary. The base was 900k, all the rest was bonuses, but it doesn't look like he hit any.

They should do that with Kreider. 4.5 x5. 500k bonus for 25 g, and another 500k bonus for 30 g.

So if he hits 25 he get 5 if he hits 30 he gets the 5.5. Sounds fair to me
