Damn 12 is steep

the "fake meat" stuff is weird.
My wife and I still have a vegetarian meal or two a week, but ts mostly vegetables, pasta, etc. The fake meat stuff severely hurt my stomach, gave me gas that would melt a small city and when i had to sit on the toilet, I had to be near one quick. Not so sure it's any healthier than a burger. Definitely didnt feel like it.
Some people say your body has to acclimate to it, but i wasnt liking the results, so I didnt give my body the chance. I think theres a lot of chemicals in that stuff and eating a ton of soy is supposedly not actually good for you either.
Just see what happens but make note of it if you have problems. probably doesnt happen to everyone.

It depends on how often you eat burgers. If it's a once in a while thing, meh. But if you eat a lot then it probably is healthier than beef. Everything in moderation. Except Anthrax. Anthrax is bad. Eats your lungs. And your skin. And your gut. Nasty stuff. Cesium-137. Also bad. Ok, most things in moderation. Some things not at all.

Diet Coke/Pepsi makes me sick. I get super dizzy/nauseous. And it like coats my throat(insert joke here). Aspartame doesn't agree with me.
