I was concerned as well. I'm pleased with the Nylander pick. We needed speed badly on the wings. If we sign Vesey that would be an interesting future line- Vesey-Eichel-Nylander.

Even without Stamkos, assuming Vesey and Nylander turn out to be the players we all hope them to be, there are a lot of possibilities. I can see them doing nice things with any one of Eichel, O'Reilly or Reinhart.

IF Stamkos and Vesey were signed, I would expect a Johansen/Jones type of trade with Reinhart. You would have a surplus of impact forwards and a lack of impact defense. Unless we want to be the eastern EDM we need another really good D
