Giroux, Voracek, Simmonds, Couturier and Schenn. Five forwards who can produce offensively on a regular basis. I'm not interested in moving Schenn for a player who might not play next season (I'm not convinced Konecny is ready either) or might need a couple of seasons to develop through juniors and the minors. I'm not interested in moving our pick and one of our prized prospects before they've sniffed the NHL.

If Hextall does this, in my opinion, Hextall goes against patience, which he preaches.

yea, but there were injuries that came into play. I think if we have scoring issues after this yr then we look to make some changes maybe.

I think he'll take at least 1 goalie in Rounds 3-7. Right now, things look nice and rosy with Stolarz, Lyons, Sandstrom, Tomek, and Madsen, but none of them have yet to play 1 second of NHL hockey. Never a bad option to keep stocking that position bit by bit.

Looking forward to today and this weekend. Not really sure what to expect with all the possible draft and movement options, but I'm confident Hexy will make the right choices. Can't wait to meet the newest members of the Flyers organization this weekend.

i wonder what he would sign for, seemed to fit right in, performed decent for a 3rd line guy and can play the pp. id seriously think about trying him on a line with G and simmonds, keeping schenn coots and voracek together, and trying to do something to make the bottom 6 better. VDV needs to go, indifferent on White, PEB i like. cousins laughton and raffl make a solid 3rd line. maybe dont resign white, move read to the 4th line with peb, and bring up Leier or maybe sign a guy like sceviour or chiasson for that 4th line winger spot.

I think it's 50/50 Schenn gets moved. I would be pretty shocked if Morin or Sanhiem was moved. They would have to LOVE somebody in the top 10. And remember the Flyers were reportedly the only team not to interview anyone projected to go top 10 at the combine.

This is going to be a fun day. Can't wait to see Hexy maneuver through the options he has.

Only bad thing is I'll be having to keep up via my phone as I'll be at the Dave Matthews Band show tonight.

If it were RNH over Yak I'd feel quite a bit better about doing it. Zero interest in Yak.
