At least he doesn't have that dumbass Bryce Harper haircut. I (frank)ing hate that haircut, whatever it's called. The half pompadour? That and eff the man-bun.

Twice. - Wetbandit1
September is still 3 months away ... There's time.
Anyone catch any of the basketball game and see Adams get kicked right in the grapes? It was an "oops, I lost my balance and kicked you right in the Richard" kind of thing. He was down for a few minutes. I don't blame him.

He's done it twice to the same guy in this series.

It couldn't possibly be payback for being called a "quick little monkey" could it?
The first one looked like it might be argued that it was unintentional, maybe, but this one was really bad. - Wetbandit1
Far as I'm concerned, Adams could say Greens mother EFFed a quick little monkey and it wouldn't justify getting kicked in the grapes - once, forget twice.
That poop has to get left behind around 4th or 5th grade.

Oh, I'm not saying that it's justified, just that it had to be the reason for it. Once you could say was an accident, but once it happens a second time there's no way you can make that argument. Should've just left it at one. He got away with it! He won't this time. Nor should he. And having actually seen him call them "quick little monkeys" It didn't seem malicious. He seemed to be searching for an animal to compare them to. Poor choice of words, but the dude's from New Zealand you can't expect him to know the ins and outs of our culture that quickly.

Fun Fact, Adams is only 22 years old yet looks like a guy who has done 15 years of hard time

They are so deep. Killorn is so good. Kucherov, Palat, Johnson, Stralman, Flipulla. Even Boyle is playing better than I've ever seen him play.
Then you have three top 3 picks in Stamkos, Hedman, Drouin.
I don't think Yzerman is great at dealing with certain players, but he's built a squad - sbroads24
I so wanted that Drouin deal to go down...some reports out of Denver that the trade was almost close to being done. Walsh and Drouin talked to Sakic about his role, development in the org, that the trade package was agreed to in principle.
But Yzerman nixed it at the end, he wasn't prepared to move on from Drouin with uncertainty of Stamkos...all this coming from a very trust worthy guy who covers the Avs.
Now no way he deals Drouin now, especially not at the price he was prepared to do
