Ask every leader in the EU about Harper.. they'll cringe... they hated him.
Mandatory minimum sentences for drug use is insane.. its counter productive. Our return to prison rate is sky high here because they learn how to be criminals in prison. They dont counsel them like in some European countries...
Harper was vile trash... Scientists aren't silenced anymore. We are building better relationships with the first nations people finally... we are stepping away from being an oil state.. we have real climate change commitments.. (probably wont live up to them tho) - Arctic_AARDVARK
Oh ya...why did you ask them? Where is there any proof that they hated him?
wow, all these changes have occurred since Trudeau got into power? I dont believe so yet.
Trudeau may eventually be better than Harper and be a great PM...I hope he.....but its simply too early.
Your hate for harper is clouding things. |

Uhh no
Because after all the damage the cons have done all it would take for him to vote for them is to have a "reasonable" candidate...
Harper and the cons are (frank)ing criminals... disguising religious egomaniacs hellbent on making canada and oil-plutocracy... Mandatory minimum sentences for drugs possession..
its sickening what they did to Canada... The whole world hated us when he was in power. Trudeau is the (frank)ing man, and Canadians will continue to vote for him because they see that he's genuine. - Arctic_AARDVARK

Theres just so much hate and contempt..
not gonna lie..
And sure, these things need to be implemented.. but i have faith.. even if he allows a pipeline or two to happen i still believe in him.. it takes compromise and smart planning to run a country like Canada..
also, yes there is proof... just google news stories about merkel etc not liking harper... |

Trudeau is a joke bud... - Mr_Smokey
You read too much Tory rhetoric.
As an example : Harper's Minister of the Environment was a creationist
(what a (frank)ing joke)
Trudeau's Minister of the Environment is an Environmentalist - who happened to be on Al Gore's Nobel Peace Prize winning team.
Harper treated science, and scientists and R & D - like a cancer. ((frank)en bumhole)
If you take the time to watch the attached ; the song is sung by a group of scientists, environmentalists and helped the guy you call a joke win by a landslide.

No, no it isn't.
OEL is pretty fantastic to be sure but Matthews is a kid who should be in the conversation with Eichel and McDavid for years to come. Legit *superstar* #1 centers are a very rare bird indeed.
It would take something beyond retarded to get the Leafs thinking. And the trade mentioned above is still in the realm of rational. |

I expected them to be here in the East finals. However, anything can happen in 7 games and why can't the Raptors beat the Cavs? - Aaron_85
Agreed. Take it from someone who watches a lot of Basketball..
If Lowry & DeRozan keep up what they've been doing lately...combined for like 55+ pts a game the last 4/5 games I believe, Cavs better watch out. Don't care who they have. I know it was the reg season and all, but we beat them 2-1, and we did it because of Lowry who was a beast in both wins.
Anything can happen now. Too much rest can be pretty bad for a team (Cavs), and the Raptors have momentum . Not saying Raps in 4 100% done deal, but like I said, if DD & Lowry keep this poop up, I don't see why Raps can't push Cleveland to 6 or 7 games.. |

Ok one leader.
Every PM in the history of Canada probable had a couple of world leaders not like them. Its gonna happen.
But a far cry from everyone and the world hating us.
A pipeline or two? that has a huge environmental impact....just saying. |

And Biyombo being a beast on the boards! I just like that guy.
Question, do the Raps try to re-sign BB? Would you trade a guy like Ross (I believe making 11 million a year) to keep BB and some other pieces or to bring in some pieces? |

far more than one leader.. i was just using her as one example.
I know it does, but also theres jobs to think about and money to be recouped in the oilsands.. im dead against the oil sands projects, but im for a healthy economy too.. thats compromise. |

Agreed. Seemed/seems to have so much potential but only shows up once in every 10 games for 2 minutes. |
