I like McLeod, i think he could be a steal in this draft, i see a player similar to Toews, not as good but similar

I see few similarities besides size. Jost reminds me more of Toews-lite than him. Maybe Rubtsov from what I've read. McLeod's stock has fallen for a reason: his offense, even beyond his numbers, is questionable. He's a great straight line skater -- one of the best in the draft. But he has no change of speed, no deception or dynamics. It's full throttle, must beat d man wide at all times. Hit shot is non existent. He lacks great stick work and off instincts. Maybe he's a steal idk. He strikes me as a solid hard working 3C for now. I see high floor low ceiling.

Trading Bradford right now would basically be handing the Browns a top-5 pick next year.

This is going to be a YUGE offseason folds, believe me about this. For far too long we've been a victim of trade deals that have been a disaster for the Flyers. Far too frequently other teams have been benefitted from these deals while Philly has suffered from Lindros to Williams to Carter and Richards to JVR to AMac. This offseason we're going to make deals that put Philly first. Philly will come out ahead on these deals or they won't be done. It's simple we've done deals in the past that were successful (Vinny and Schenn) and we'll continue that streak of winning.

In addition, we will sign the best players, THE BEST, this offseason and they will be under budget. Beleeeeeeve me when I say this, we've signed players to friendly deals before (Couturier). We will also LEGALLY deport our bad players (AMac) to where they came from and only allow the best back in. We will make the Islanders pay for sending their undesirables here. This will be done LEGALLY folks.

Also, we're taking no handout money from the NHL this is self funded (unlike Pissburgh) and the establishment doesn't like this. The DOS is rigged against us, but we will fight through this to make Philly great again folk. We will fight Schenn's suspension until the end. We will not meddle in affairs of other teams and get rid of this globalism that is killing the Flyers. We will make other teams pay the brunt of keeping broke teams afloat. We will focus on Philly first and Philly will be winning again.

As a a result, we'll begin winning so much over the next few years. We'll be brining in only the best from other countries (Provorov, Lindbolm, Fazelev). We'll start winning so much we'll start sweeping teams in the playoffs 5-0. Yea, I know folks we'll some how win more games needed to take a series. Our nickname will become Philly 5-0.

Denver could be a legit option. Bradford is better than Sanchez.

Let's just say this is the longest traffic meeting since I started working here. I couldn't help but sit there and internally laugh about the debate on here

I think you're being a bit harsh here. He might not have the highest hockey IQ in the draft, but far, far more than you give him credit for. I've seen him play live a number of times, and he's definitely no slouch. He isn't a super fast player, but he is still a solid skater.

By compliment, yes, I took in to account that he'd be a great net front guy, he's got a good and accurate shot (I've seen some great 1-timers from him) and could help to create space for a shifty playmaker like Konecny. He's also a pretty decent defensive player who can kill penalties.

His game worries me. In motion, he can skate ok. I mean he's no slug lol. But he seems to never be skating, always gliding and floating, and it takes him a bit to get going. Part of that is not being a good skater...I'm more worried about part of it being he doesn't know where to be or what to do. I don't doubt he can be a strong net front presence. I have serious questions about what else there is to his game. He has all the trappings of a poor hockey sense, poor ES player. And he's one of the oldest in the draft. I really want no business drafting him, and I pray he goes early so someone better falls to us. Gauthier has potential, but he has so many red flags.

I am probably alone but i think Simmonds is over rated and I can tell you from watching him alot sanheim is soft, i think his ceiling and i mean his top ceiling is bowmeaster, so if im philly i make this trade all day and throw in 2nd or 3rd no problem

Edmonton needs to acquire D in the worst way, and that should be their #1 goal. But trading away Hall is not the way, it's more likely to be Eberle/RNH/Yakupov (although he has little to no value now) going.

Also, if Sanheim turns into Bouwmeester, I'll be thrilled.

How??? Ertz, Matthews, and Bradford have all been living together since the end of last year. I'd have to imagine they are upset with the trade as well.

I just don't like any of the QBs this year. I feel like the eagles trade up because they could. I know the Browns have been QB killers but if Wentz or Goff was that good there is no way they would trade out of 2.

Next year Watson and Kaaya are coming out.

Any other draft and I think your talking about Goff and Wentz as 2nd maybe late 1st rounders. Not 1 and 2 overall

Can't say who I heard it from, but I've been told the Flyers will attempt to trade for Chara. No idea what they're offering, though.
