I'd put his chances at signing with not the Bruins or Leafs at 5%. Every team would take him. Supposedly Caligula is deciding between Philly and Vancooover. - Mononoke

Vancouver is supposed to be one of the nicest cities to live in in North America.
The snag there, though, is that, as a hockey player, he's probably a big fish in a small pond.
Here in Philly, he can pretty much get around anonymously for some time. |

Alderson has been ON FIYAH down in the ECHL:

I've played against some (okay, 2) former ECHL players. They're a ton better than me, but I don't feel embarrassed on the ice against them. In fact, some guys on my men's league team were better than those guys, they just didn't have the time/money for it. So tearing up the ECHL, while nice, isn't exactly a dazzling endorsement. Alderson was given every chance to succeed and has blown it. |

Oh, I agree about Alderson.
I think it was Bill who wrote something to the effect that Alderson is probably not getting another contract anyway. |

Thought we've been talking college free agents? People have mentioned other college FAs that ditched the team that drafted them.
Schultz has come up multiple times.
edit: yes I missed on Kreider |

If we can get him it might make the draft real interesting. They might be more inclined to move up |
