Drance has a few points I agree with in terms of coaching but I agree mostly that its more a personnel issue. Older article and I posted it earlier but it sums up my opinion.

None of this looks good on WD and I see why Dragon keeps calling him out but it is way more complex than a simple coaching change. It would solve nothing at this point imo.
