I doubt it. only way someone being sat is if they hurt.
I can also see Cappy being a moron and sitting Quine for Bernier.
Bailey prob saved himself from being benched with his play late in game and in OT. |

That would make zero sense, being that this is the first time Strome's been going, and its a direct result of his linemates (Prince and Quine) who work their bags off.
The truth is, and I know he's your boy.......but Bailey is just the only guy who isnt playing with desperation. (watch he'll score tonight cause im chirping). |

I agree. Bailey had the game-winning secondary assist. |

Its funny, people were giving Bailey credit and I was like wow he moved the puck along the wall, big deal......thats what you're supposed to do. I would have more respect for Josh if he just face washed someone, anyone after the whistle. Anything to get in the game... |

That's what I like about the guys on the 3rd line......the new "kid line". They're not very big, but they're a feisty bunch. Watch them push back when the bigger Panthers try to push them around.
Bailey is the exact opposite. He's got some size, but he's passive as hell. |

Bailey is like the prototypical pond hockey player. He's an all star when there's no wall. I think the reason the kid line had had success is because they all have something to prove. They're all playing for jobs......and strome's still trying to find his niche. I dont think size is a factor when you play big. Those kids can skate and its always important when you keep your feet moving......good things happen. |

I'd like to see Clutterbuck work his magic and get in Reilly Smiths head tonight. They should line that kid up in the first period, and keep giving him wacks all night long. Anything to get that kid of his game... |

Bailey did his job on that play nothing more. It was not an amazing play but I'll gladly take it. His game still needs to be much better. |

There's nothing worse than a guy who's got some size but plays like he's tiny. |

Bailey should be plenty strong enough to play a tougher game. I'm not even talking fighting. How he avoids contact though is brutal. |

Speaking of Islander prospects:
@WrightsWay
CSKA Moscow loses Game 7 of KHL final 3-1. Ilya Sorokin allows two goals in the loss. Didn't allow more than 2 in a game all series. #Isles
Sorokin only allowed more than 2 goals once in 20 playoff games. Finishes postseason with .945 SV%. #Isles
Amazing year for Sorokin - NYI44
Last night this game was broadcasted delyed on 1sports at 12:30, I decided to put it on for a little bit to watch him and Petrov play. Within 20 seconds of me watching the game they showed who won the game on the bottom ticker. I was so mad |

Yeah avoiding contact just aint gonna fly in the NHL...
Keys to tonights game :
1. Score the first goal
2. Get Reilly Smith off his game

im just being realistic. Cappy kept going with that line all night right after we got scored on. Snow and Cappy love Bailey |

LOL. Would be great if Bailey scored tonight. We all want him too.
He took a slap shot in 3rd period last game and they crowd made AWW sound like they were surprised shot the puck. |

I just watched the Letang slash on Stalberg for the first time and I got one question. How the (frank) does he not get suspended multiple games or at the VERY least get a 5 and misconduct? That was vicious and saw everyone talking about it today but never got around to watching it. Unbelievable with an obvious intent to injure. |

I was ranting about that last night on the Ranger thread. Absolutely (frank)ing ridiculous! I posted the you tube clip on the Pens thread and they told me his stick got caught on the boards and it wasn't intentional.
The NHL is (frank)ing bullpoop! |
