I know many want to get younger, but i believe Benning is going to target Loui Eriksson with a contract similar to one Vrbata initially signed.
Personally, i would be all for that.
Shores up secondary scoring while adding a defensively viable forward to aid Sutter and Bo on the PK.
Would constitute a 'younger', better version of Samuelsson and he worked out pretty nicely for this team at the time. |

Good goals , good points , good PIMs .
Actually next year Tanev will get 7 goals and 20 assists. He will be more involved next year. - VANTEL
We'll need your full scouting report. |

I'm not going to freak out if they sign him. |

I'm thinking if Subban dosnt make the NHL, we could hire him as a feelings coach.

I keep hearing this rumor over and over. I think it has some bite to it. It also solidifies a second line of Sutter Hansen if they don't trade Hansen |

You know what they say " Once you go black , you never go back" . It just occurred to me you may be talking about a different type of feelings |

So yesterday I was thinking to myself ( and vantel can back me up 100% on this). Why are the Canucks paying scouts when me and VANTEL knew that Tree would be a great player. He's already played 12 games he's shown to be a great asset. Vantel was messaging me earlier and he told me he would have gone in the first round this year if people knew what me and Vantel knew. Canucks should fire the canucks and hire Vantel and me. Right VANTEL? - pker2theend
I don't know, letting Delorme go would cripple this franchise for years. |

I'd be on board but I don't know if you can get him for less than 5 years. Even that's not too bad if there isn't any NTC. But 5+ years and a NTC and I'm a lot less enthusiastic. |

5.5 x 4 years 10 team NTC that he can refuse? |

Delorme would want to pick a 19 year old in the first round. |

If he is your guy then the extra half mil should not matter. It is a mil more that what we paid Vrbata.
Secondly how many teams can offer him the chance to have fun with a pair of Swedish Twins 82 times a year? |

Yeah I'd do that, but he'd have to be willing to take the Swedish twin discount. You've got to assume that Boston was offering more than that. |

Boston has 25 mil in space but need to sign 13 players. Their D has 3 players signed next year. They won't be able to offer too much to re-sign him . |

Dream scenario...
1) Win the lotto, draft Matthews!
2) Sign Stamkos as your number one center!
3) Trade Sutter & Hansen for defensive help!
4) Trade Miller for cap relief!
5) Sign Eriksson to play with Stamkos or the twins!
Edit: forgot this lol - LeftCoaster
I don't want Vancouver to sign any big ufas. Need more high end prospects.
By the way they talked at yr end, Burrows will not be bought out. We sign Baerstl to 3 yrs 7.5. Let's assume we sign hamhuis at 2 yrs 8 mill. We basically have about 6 mill |

I have no idea how it is drafted. I'm just saying that's my draft board. I may even flip Chycerun and Tkachuk |
