I don't know if you watched the Flyers/Caps game last night, but the Flyers had some opportunities early and didn't case in, and lose 2-0 to the top team (record wise) in the league, and people are assuming they're going to lose, badly, in 4. They might, and losing Couturier won't help, but it's only 1 game.

It wasn't as close as the Pens/Rags game, but they didn't get dominated, either. Outplayed, yes, but it was winnable. Shouldn't matter though, Penguins would slaughter them next round.

Caps-Flyers game was tedious at times, physical and choppy throughout, and I feel the Flyers hung in there with them at even strength. The problem is Philly didn't stay as disciplined as they have to in order to stand any chance of beating Washington.

I am too old to trash talk about a sports result. I like hockey, want to discuss hockey and that's pretty much it.

I don't think their GP has changed much. They've gone up against Letang all year. They new what to expect. They've already game planned for him, and Crosby for that matter. AV isn't known for his skills at making adjustments.
